If you are in a business that uses sand blasting equipment, you know
the kind of damage that happens to glass or plastic windows in a sand
blast cabinet. As the surface becomes pitted, visibility and productivity
are both greatly reduced. Our customers have told us the by applying
original LensGuard film to the surface, they have seen a substantial
reduction in damage and down time as well as improved productivity.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Recent test performed on a glass door used on heavy equipment proved
that our FS Series LensGuard film performed beyond the users needs.
When applied to only one surface, the tempered glass door stayed intact
when shattered. This  door was over 50 inches tall and frameless.
This will prove a benefit in several areas by reducing the risk of injury
caused by shattering glass along with reducing the amount of glass falling
into food crops or onto workers.
Many users in the agricultural industry have benefited from LensGuard
protective film.

LensGuard® is offered in clear or amber and comes precut to fit
based on light model number and/or lens size. Custom sizes are
available on a special order bases.
LensGuard® comes packaged in pairs for most of our common
numbers and in single packs for the ACRO Lights® A3100, X990.
It’s also offered in bulk, sold by the foot. Commonly stocked in
12 inch wide rolls, it can also be ordered in sizes up to
36 inch wide.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Our controlled test have shown that our film will withstand over 100
PSI of glass bead and at 45 PSI, shows very little change in clarity.
Keep in mind, 45 PSI will remove chrome plating and will turn an
unprotected glass lens into a frosted finish in just a few seconds.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
LensGuard® is excellent for protection in environments that require
glass and plastic lenses to be covered in order to keep pieces
of broken lens from falling into a work area or product. Using
LensGuard® in demanding applications like food processing or clean
room situation can save you from product loss and countless hours in
cleanup.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Hazy or pitted lenses will effect your lights output and can cause an
unsafe work environment, or slow productivity. By installing LensGuard®
on all your lighting applications, you can help reduce this type of loss and
lower repair and maintenance cost at the same time.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
We recently received some equipment lights in at our ACRO Lights®
location that had been damaged. One had a shattered lens with
LensGuard® film that had been applied almost three years ago. The
lens stayed in place and the light was not taken out of service until the
job had been completed.
This situation is not uncommon when LensGuard® is used and in this
case, a replacement light would has been over $350.00 but with the film
applied, they only needed a $40.00 lens and another $10.00 piece of film.
In fleet applications, most applications require several lights and often,
the damage occurs to more than one light at a time.  LensGuard® film is a
very a cost effective way to protect your investment.
